The PHCC Educational Foundation has e-learning plumbing and HVACR apprentice training programs that meet requirements for the classroom instruction portion of training. You hire the apprentice and provide the on-the-job training and we provide the knowledge-based training for you in a convenient online program. Learn more about e-learning here.
