The “Are People Listening? Enhance Outcomes Through Effective Communication” webinar focuses on what a difference effective written and verbal communication makes in the workplace and how practical exercises will make you a better listener.

Key topics include:

DeVryWORKS modules cover today’s most important business topics, such as leadership, marketing, communications, business acumen, customer service and recruiting and onboarding sessions. “We look forward to providing these new education programs as an additional member benefit to QSC Members,” said QSC Chair Jeff Heger. “The soft skills tips technicians will learn, for instance, will help them know how to effectively deal with customers on a daily basis, whether it’s explaining a technical issue in an understandable way, or presenting upgrade options that result in sales and added profitability.”

All modules are offered online, in either an instructor supported or self-paced format, enabling members to participate at their own pace.
