The EPA has released a notice for a public hearing regarding the upcoming Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting rule for public and commercial buildings. The hearing will be held on June 26, 2013, with comments due by April 1, 2013. The rule will parallel that of the LRRP for residential. EPA intends to finalize the public and commercial building rule by 2015 with compliance in 2016.
